Shipping & Returns
Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items that are on back order and do not become available within the 3-4 business days will be refunded to the purchasing bank/credit card on file. A confirmation email will be sent with delivery information once an order is processed.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic orders after processing and 6-20 business days for international orders.
All purchase transactions are deemed completed upon Kiddiekart verification that an order has been delivered by providing a tracking number or a delivery confirmation receipt.
Kiddiekart can not be held liable for any delays that are beyond our control including but not limited to any postal service issues inside or outside of the United States. Kiddiekart is not responsible for additional custom or duty taxes or for items lost during international shipping.
Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekends.

Please inspect immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email email@example.com and include "RETURN" in the subject line. You must contact Kiddiekart within 24 hours of receipt to report damage.
